1031store(Site) is dedicated to creating greater access to the 1031 exchange market. Use of Site means acknowledging and adhering
to our principles of use and privacy policy outlined here. All use is governed by the following:
Information on 1031store is supplied from sources we believe to be truthful and accurate. Site does not verify the information added to the site for accuracy. Content is provided for general information purposes only. 1031store does not furnish real estate, legal, accounting, tax or any other professional advice. 1031store suggests CONSULT COMPETENT 1031 EXCHANGE ADVISORS AND SEEK REPRESENTATION SPECIFIC TO YOUR APPROPRIATE NEEDS AS AN INDIVIDUAL INVESTOR.
User acknowledges that all information on the site is proprietary in nature. Information on the site is for the use of site's members and is not to be collected manually or through automated means to promote ventures or interests outside of Site.
By using the site to obtain general information you consent to hold 1031store and its affiliates harmless in any claim resulting by use of this site whether real or imaginary, direct or indirectly.
Privacy Policy
1031store has taken appropriate steps to secure your private information. None of your personal information will be released
for commercial purposes without your consent, verbal or written. Any communication sent to you as a result of your
membership (eg. email) will clearly identify 1031store as the source. Site reserves the right to share information in compliance
with legal mandate and in good faith instances to protect members and the community.
Basic membership and use is free. At no time will Site ask for your credit card information, social security number, bank account related or any other sensitive personal information(SPI) associated with basic membership use. We do not offer encrypted services (Site is free), and strongly suggest that you do not transfer any SPI to members via 1031store email functions.
Use of 1031store to send unsolicited email to its registered members is prohibited. Site has taken steps to secure email addresses on listings/profiles/public areas and maintain database security. We will continue our best efforts to manage our systems to maintain security. Any use considered contrary to the the community or contrary to 'internet ethics' may result in immediate loss of membership. Any action taken by 1031store is done so at our own discretion. Cancellation of membership will be decided on a case by case basis. 1031store has no responsibility to alert any individual or entity of action taken as a result of compromising usage ideals. Use of the site is a privilege, please treat it as one.
1031store uses cookies as a means to identify users, offer advanced site functionality, and allow use without having to log in upon every visit. Logging out will remove cookies from our site. Email is a principal means of communication for the site. Members should acknowledge email received from Site to not be spam. Site will make best efforts to allow members to set and update email preferences.
Listing Policies
By listing a property for sale you acknowledge and agree to the following:
that you have specific written permission and/or have been engaged by the seller of the property to market their property; that
you have specific permission to use the photographs added to the listing; and that you have specific permission to use any brands, symbols,
trademarks or other intellectual property in connection with the marketing of a listing.
The entering of objectionable material on a listing is strictly prohibited. Any listing found to contain objectionable material may be removed by 1031store at its sole discretion and without notice. 1031store reserves the right to monitor listings and periodically verify accuracy, although by no means are we required to do so.
Listings posted to Site must be kept accurate and up-to-date. Failing to update availabilities and listing information affects the experience of the other members. 1031store is not to be used as a listing lead generator by posting sold, off the market, unavailable or spam listings. Although a maximum number of listings has not been set for individuals, posting inaccurate, misleading or 'spam' listings is in violation to generally acknowledged 'internet ethics' and membership. Individuals and companies in violation may find their listing ability and use curtailed without notice.
All required information must be filled out with actual listing information. Failure to complete the address, price, cap rate and other information may result in removal of the information. Additional mechanisms are 'coming soon' to balance and reward compliance with the policies and practices above, not least of all may be an interactive community rating system designed to reward participants acting within the ideals of the community.
Article Submission Policies
By submitting an article for consideration you acknowledge and agree to the following:
That you are the sole owner, author, copyright holder for each article submitted. That you grant Site permission to publish your article
without financial compensation. Site may edit or modify your article at our discretion. The Site does not
guarentee inclusion nor the length of time an accepted article may be featured/made available to the community.
All submissions should have a basis in fact, experience or practical application; submissions should be for the benefit of all community members.
Accepted submissions may be referenced or syndicated in part or whole through blogs, RSS feeds, affiliated sites, publishing agreements, information aggregators, educational institutions, real estate and news organizations. Again, we make no guarantee submissions will be chosen for syndication.
In a nutshell, this is a community and your participation is valued. Please be conscious of the other members, most of whom appreciate accurate information to guide themselves to an investment decision. We hope all users benefit from community participation and usage.
This Terms of Use and listing policy are subject to change without notice. Best efforts will be made to inform members of any material changes.
