| My Experience: | Michael Narula has lived in the Greater Miami area his entire life, and has thus developed superior local market knowledge. Michael has been a licensed real estate agent in Florida for 3 years, in which time he has been involved with a wide variety of transactions, from residential sales, to leasing and commercial sales. He has been with Investment Real Estate Associates since its founding of its Miami office. He has since become a specialist in the sale of income producing property, concentrating on the Miami-Dade market. Michael received his undergraduate education at the University of Florida, where he received Bachelors degrees in Finance and Economics. Additionally, he received his Masters in International Business from the University of Florida. Michael's experience and education lends an analytical viewpoint to today's commercial investment market place. He is a detail oriented investment specialist who can appropriately add value from a business perspective. Because of these traits, Michael was recently nominated as a candidate for the “Top 30 Under 30” real estate agents in the country, and featured as a keynote speaker in “The Miami Real Estate Leadership Conference.” By being actively involved in the real estate market in South Florida, Michael has developed an extensive database of active buyers.
