Learn More About 1031 Exchanges and Related Topics
Example 1031 Tax Exchange Article
When I started in real estate, being around "mentoring" agents and managers made the business easier to learn. Similarly so, 1031store has been developed with a few examples/tips to make the site easier to use and to maximize user ROI for your time.
This article example will point out the basics to adding an article and thoughts behind this feature.
While conducting our site research, we found that people were consistently looking for 3 basic things: information, 1031 exchange experts and replacement property. A serious 1031 exchange investor(especially their first exchange) researches their options, the properties and the people involved.
The article section provides some of the information investors need and creates a powerful medium for non-listing agents (another for listing agents) to introduce themselves and their complimentary services.
Create an article easily by selecting Submit Article on the left side, and completing the article submission form. An editor will review the article for approval.
To give the article an ezine-like feel, if the article writer has created a public profile, their profile picture will be included in the top right of the article. Acknowledging that many articles might be corporate contributions and that investors might be curious about your company, a relevant link to the writer's web site is available as well.
We will formally present submissions shortly after launch, after several have been received. As the article section grows, feel free to contact us if you are interested in reviewing and editing article contributions.
